Nano-nose to help identify illnesses

Nano nose is used in US to smell the scent of the ailments in fluids of the body. The researches use the nano particles with different gold coatings to make the difference between proteins to find out the illness.
According to Vince Rotello, human nose has a sequence of receptors, which act in response differently to unlike compounds.

Groups with his contemporaries and scientists, Vince Rotello used the same nose principle to sense proteins.

The nano nose employs a scheme of six receptors, each containing a solution of gold nano particles not more than 2 nanometers. Nitrogen atoms are used to form the organic molecules which coat the nano particles.

At the time of the experiment the scientist with 56 proteins and demonstrated that receptors signal could be used to differentiate among the proteins. The experiment was found to be successful for 96 to 100 cases.

After making series of test with the blood of healthy and sick animals the researches were able to find the difference in the serum. So they stopped the steps here and want to make the statistics stable till they have collected.
