When people get irritated they are so tensed. This emotional state is known as Anger. Anger can range from minor irritation to intense range. Anger is the main cause for heart attack and high blood pressure. Anger is the main feeling behavior that a person gets physiologically when he has to make a conscious choice to take a decision to stop another outside force. Anger has many side effects both physically and mentally.
Body expression, facial expression, act of regression and the physiological responses helps to detect weather the person is in anger or not. This behavioral pattern is used to warn the attacker to stop their irritating actions.
As per the ancient psychologist study an angry person can be mistaken because the anger causes them to loss their self-monitoring ability. But today psychologist says that anger is a primary, natural, and established emotion knowledgeable by all the humans. This emotional state has some functional value for the human survival. However uncontrolled anger may have a negative effect on the human health.
You cannot avoid the persons and things that enrage neither you nor you cannot change them so the only way is to control yourself to prevent you from the emotional feelings and the physiological excitement that are caused due to anger.
