Cleanliness means purity

All the people have different opinion about cleanliness. For example when a boy has been asked to wash his hands and face, he may keep his hand in the running water for sometime and just wet his face but that is not the thing his mother wants. She wants him to wash his hands with lot of soap and water.

So maintaining high standard of cleanliness is very important in all the places. If cleanliness in a place is not up to the level a lot of problem is faced by the people living in that place. All these people suffer from many healths related problems. Leaving the clothes on the floor, improper washing of the clothes, and infrequent airing of the clothes could cause dead skin cells, germs sticking on the cloth to get into the body causing infection. The sweat thrown out of the body is absorbed by the clothes so improper washing will cause the skin to absorb those dirt’s again into the body and is again pumped into the internal organs. This act can lead to severe fever and even harmful diseases.

Besides clothing one should keep his hands always clean since he uses it for many purposes especially eating. And it is a fact that hands are the direst part of the body. So wash your hands before and after the meals with soap and every time you use the bathrooms.

Keeping the room clean is the biggest help you do to your body. If the room you are staying is full of dirt and dust the first thing you get affected is the problem of allergy. Then the dirt’s invite pest into your room as their friend to give a lot of problems as pests can pass all the germs and virus they have into you easily. So room cleanliness is the best one to get rid of many diseases.

So the most awarded thing is the cleanliness. It is catholic principles of sound living. The proverb “Cleanliness is next to godliness” implies the importance of cleanliness.
